My parents just called. My dad has been released from the hospital. He is now on a liquid diet for the rest of his life. This is also the first time he has been given an actual timeline -- the doctors said he will have about 6 months to live. He is very excited. My mom is ecstatic. I am in shock. What fantastic news.
I am still numb...but this time it's all positive.
